77ee Terms & Conditions —
Your Rights, Responsibilities & Platform Rules

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" means the 77ee website at 77ee.io and all sub-pages, products, and services accessible through it.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who creates a registered account on the 77ee platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds currently held in a Player's account wallet, excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet awards, deposit match amounts, or other incentives credited to a Player's account under an active 77ee promotion.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on a sports betting market or casino game offered on the platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which accessing or using the 77ee platform is prohibited under applicable local law.
• "Know Your Customer" / "KYC" means the identity and age verification process that 77ee may require a Player to complete at any stage of account registration or operation.

To register and maintain an active account on the 77ee platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 77ee enforces a strict 21+ policy. Players who are found to be under the age of 21 at any point will have their account suspended immediately and any balance returned to the registered payment method.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online betting is permitted in your location.
• You must not already hold an active 77ee account. Each player is permitted to hold only one account at any time. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated balances may be forfeited.
• You must not have previously been self-excluded from the 77ee platform or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your real name, date of birth, email address, and payment method details.

77ee reserves the right to request identity verification documents (national ID, passport, or equivalent) at any stage. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension. Providing false, misleading, or forged documentation to 77ee is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. 77ee will never ask you to share your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. You must not share your account credentials with any other person.

All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the 77ee support team immediately at [email protected].

77ee employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform connections to protect the security of your account and financial data. However, the security of your account also depends on you maintaining strong, unique passwords and ensuring that your registered email account is secure.

• Do not use the same password for your 77ee account and your bKash, Nagad, or bank accounts.
• Do not access your 77ee account from shared or public devices without logging out fully afterward.
• Enable any two-factor authentication (OTP) options available on the platform when prompted.
• Report any suspicious account activity to the 77ee support team immediately via live chat or email.

77ee supports a range of payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on the 77ee platform:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction. No maximum deposit limit applies by default, though individual transaction caps may apply to specific payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Processing times: Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically completed within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within 1–24 hours. These are indicative timeframes and may vary during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• Transaction fees: 77ee does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees applied by your payment provider are outside of 77ee's control and are your responsibility.
• Payment method matching: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. 77ee does not permit withdrawals to a different payment method than the one used to fund the account, except in limited circumstances approved by the compliance team.
• Verification hold: 77ee reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests pending successful completion of KYC verification. This is a standard anti-fraud and regulatory compliance measure and does not imply any suspicion of wrongdoing by the Player.

Players must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in their own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from a third party, is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and the return of any funds to their original source.

77ee offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The general conditions below apply to all 77ee promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria vary by promotion and will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion will be stated in the promotion details.
• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money balance. Real-money balance is used first when placing bets, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• 77ee reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled, any bonus funds that have not yet been used will be removed from the Player's account.
• Multiple accounts created for the purpose of claiming the same bonus will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Promotional offers may be timed around specific events including BPL tournaments, T20 World Cup, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Promotional terms specific to these events will be published on the platform and communicated to eligible players.

The following general rules apply to all bets and game sessions on the 77ee platform. Specific rules for individual sports markets, casino games, slots, bingo, and fishing games are published within the relevant game or market section of the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the platform. 77ee does not accept requests to cancel or modify a confirmed bet, except in cases where the platform has published an error in the odds or market description.
• 77ee reserves the right to void any bet that was placed based on obviously incorrect odds, a technical error, a pricing error, or information not available at the time the market was published.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sports bet, the official result as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, FIFA) shall be treated as the definitive result.
• For live in-play cricket betting markets, odds are updated in real time. A bet is accepted at the odds displayed at the moment the Player confirms the bet. Network latency does not entitle a Player to odds that were displayed prior to the confirmation timestamp.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems. The RNG systems used by 77ee's game providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe — are independently audited. • Players must not attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, or use automated betting software (bots) on the platform. Detection of such activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

• Loss limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds over a defined period.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their wellbeing may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of 30 days, up to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77ee platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and — where applicable — reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account (including accounts registered under a different name, email address, phone number, or payment method).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or account operation.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited by local law.

Player-initiated closure: You may close your account at any time by contacting the 77ee support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Platform-initiated suspension or closure: 77ee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where: the Player has breached these Terms; fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected; a regulatory compliance obligation requires account restriction; or the Player's account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months without any deposits, withdrawals, or bet activity.

In the event of platform-initiated closure due to a breach of these Terms, 77ee reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is established, any real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

All content on the 77ee platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, layout, graphics, game interfaces, text, and software — is the intellectual property of 77ee or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial recreation.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 77ee platform without express written permission from 77ee. Any unauthorised use of 77ee intellectual property will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77ee shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from bet outcomes or game results.
• Loss of data, account access, or account balance arising from technical failures, cyberattacks, or third-party payment system outages beyond 77ee's reasonable control.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking partners.
• Temporary or extended platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or force majeure events.
• Any decision made by a Player in reliance on information displayed on the platform that later proves to be inaccurate due to a technical error.

Nothing in these Terms limits 77ee's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. 77ee's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

77ee collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 77ee platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data protection commitments made by 77ee include: your personal data is stored on SSL-encrypted servers; your data is not sold to third parties; data is shared with payment processing partners only to the extent necessary to process your transactions; and you retain the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting [email protected].

77ee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 77ee will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their account or via an on-platform notification, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the 77ee platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and contact support to close your account before the changes take effect.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 77ee platform, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally in the first instance by contacting the 77ee support team at [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial complaint being raised, the matter may be escalated through formal dispute resolution channels. 77ee is committed to fair and transparent handling of all player complaints. These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming platforms operating in international jurisdictions. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
